A Poor Couple lived in a Small Village in India. They had only 1 Son.

They gave him the Best Education.

Son Graduated as an Engineer in the nearby City

Eventually He got Married to a Rich Girl.

Initially, They Lived with His Parents in the Village.

Soon the Wife got Tired of Village Life & Persuaded Her Husband to Move to the City Leaving His Old Parents in the Village.

As Time went, the Husband saw an Ad in the Newspaper about a
Job Vacancy in U.S

He was Successful & Lived in U.S for 20 Years with His Wife.

Regularly, He used to Send Money to His Parents

Eventually with Time, He Stopped & Forgot about His Parents whether
They ever Existed.

Every Day He Pray & Immediately after each Prayer He used to see Someone telling Him
in a Dream that his Prayer is not Accepted.

One Day, He Related this Story to a 'Pious Aalim' who Advised Him to go Back to India to Visit His Parents.

The Man Flew to India & Reached the Boundary of His Village.

Everything was Changed over there.

He could not Find His House.

So He asked to the Head of the Village about the Whereabouts of His Parents.

The Head of the Village directed Him to a House & said: "In this House, Lives an Old Blind Lady who Lost Her Husband a Few Months Ago. She has a Son who Migrated to
US 20 Years back & Never came Back again. What an Unfortunate Man."

Son enters that Home &
Finds His Mother on the Bed.

He Tip-Toed as He did not want to Wake Her up.

He hears His Mother Whispering or Mumbling Something.

He gets Closer to Hear His Mothers Voice.

This is what His Mother was Saying: "God !
I am now Very Old & Blind.
My Husband just Died.
There is no One to Lower Me in My Grave when I Die. So please Send My Son to Fullfill
My Last Wish".

This is the Ending of a Story where the Prayer of a Mother is Accepted.

A Human Body can Bear only 45 Del (units) of Pain.

But at the Time of Giving Birth, A Mother feels upto 57 Del (units) of Pain.

This is similar to 20 Bones
getting Fractured, all at the Same Time.

This is just to tell U the extent, to which a Mother Loves Her Child.

So, Love Ur Mom till the End of Ur Life.

The Lady with whom U Fight almost Everyday, Suffered so much Pain
just to give U a Beautiful Life.

How many People will U Forward this to ?

I do not Mind, if I get this Message again.

I Passed it because I Love My

'Facebook, Twitter, Instagram new neighbourhoods of the world,' Modi charms Silicon Valley

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today won over the Silicon Valley with his quotable one-liners on the digital revolution - originating from this part of the world - that is changing everyone's life-style globally.
Sharing examples from his own personal life-style and those from people across India, including rural women, Modi punched his maiden address to the Silicon Valley with one liners that drew thunderous applause from the several hundred audiences that comprised of who's who of the corporate sector.

"I have met many of you in Delhi and New York, and on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram," Modi said.
These are the new neighbourhoods of our new world, he said amidst applause from the audience. And then he went on to describe the iconic Silicon Valley companies in his own words.
"If Facebook were a country, it would be the third most populous one and the most connected," he said.
Google today has made teachers less awe-inspiring and grandparents more idle.
Twitter has turned everyone into a reporter. The traffic lights that need to work the best are on CISCO routers, Modi said amidst applause from the audience.
"The status that now matters is not whether you are awake or asleep, but whether you are online or offline. The most fundamental debate for our youth is the choice between Android, iOS or Windows," he said.
From computing to communication, entertainment to education, from printing documents to printing products, and, now to internet of things, it's been a long journey in a short time, the Prime Minister said.
From cleaner energy to better healthcare and safer transport, everything is converging around the work you do. In Africa, it's helping people transfer money on phone. It has made reaching small island states no longer a journey of adventure, but a convenient click of a mouse, he noted.
"In India, a mother in a distant hill village has a better chance to save her new born infant. A child in a remote village has better access to education," Modi said reflecting on the changes in one's life brought by digital revolution.
A small farmer is more confident about his land holding and getting better market price. A fisherman on the sea has a better catch. And, a young professional in San Francisco can Skype daily to comfort her sick grandmother in India, he observed.
An initiative by a father in Haryana for "Selfie with daughter" to draw attention to the girl child became an international movement, he said. "All this is because of the work you people are doing," Modi said.

Google's birthday is When ?

Google is celebrating its 17th birthday with a commemorative Doodle harking back to the web of the 1990s.
The image, featuring a retro, plastic PC, lava lamp and even 1998's "Google!" Logo, features on Google's homepage on September 27, which the internet giant has retroactively chosen as its birthday.
However, not even Google seems to really know when it was formed. Since 2006, it has celebrated its birthday on September 27, but the year before that, had it as September 26.
In 2004, its 6th birthday Doodle went online on September 7 and in the year before that, it was September 8.
In fact, none of these dates seem to have any particular relevance. The company's history has its incorporation date in 1998 - the nearest thing to a corporate birthday - as September 4.
Google alluded to this confusion in 2013, admitting it had celebrated its birthday on four different dates, but September 27 now seems to have stuck. The company may have just chosen the date because it was whatthe first birthday Doodle in 2002 used.
The 17th birthday Google will appear in almost every country in the world, according to the Doodle blog, with the USA one big exception.
However, this may well change next year, as Google splits itself up into a group of companies all under the umbrella company "Alphabet"
The move will see the company's main money spinners such as search and Android remain part of a company called Google, but parts of the company such as its research division X and life sciences business will be separately incorporated.
This year's Doodle comes after the company changed its famous logo to a more rounded design.
Google has celebrated its birthday with a Doodle every year since its fourth birthday in 2002. However, the first Doodle, for the Burning Man festival in 1998, actually occurred before the company was technically founded.

Former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri's death was not natural, Anil Shastri said.

In an interview to news channel CNN-IBN, Lal Bahadur Shastri's son and Congress leader Anil Shastri said that his father's death did not look natural.

"When my father's body came to the Delhi airport, the Palam airport as it was called then, and when it was taken out of the aircraft, that came as a shock because his body had turned blue. His face had turned blue and there were white spots on the temple," Anil Shastri told the news channel.

"The moment my mother saw the body, she straightaway came to the conclusion that it was not a natural death," Anil Shastri said.

"My mother told the family that it was a foul play," Anil Shastri said.

Anil Shastri urged the Prime Minister that documents related to Lal Bahadur Shastri's death should be declassified.

Anil Shastri called it "unbelievable" that the Prime Minister's room in the capital of then Soviet Uzbekistan had "no call bell, no telephone, no caretaker in his room and no first aid. He had to walk up to the door himself." He alleged that the death was due to fault done by the Indian embassy and termed it as "height of negligence".

"His death was badly handled by the Indian government. It hurts me to a great extent," he said.

Opining that Shastri was not taken "seriously", he said: "Post-mortem could have been done in Tashkent if there was a request from the Indian government or a request from the Indian doctors."

"... some close associates feel that suspicion revolves around an Indian hand or a foreign power," he said.

Anil Shastri claimed that his father had come to know about a scam involving a shipping tycoon Dharam Teja.

Citing an article by eminent journalist Khushwant Singh, Shastri claimed Teja was in Tashkent at the time of his father's death.

He also claimed that the Prime Minister was likely to take action and order an inquiry against Teja after his return to India.

Shastri and then Pakistani president, Field Marshal Ayub Khan, had been invited to Tashkent by then Soviet premier Alexei Kosygin for peace talks following the Indian-Pakistan War in 1965. An agreement was signed on January 10, 1966 but Shastri was found dead a few hours later, having suffered cardiac arrest.

Raising suspicions over the hand of a foreign power in his death, Anil Shastri said: "...Lal Bahadur Shastri had suddenly gained a lot of power, when he retaliated with full force against Pakistan. Whether it was America, China or any third country... I cannot name any country but the truth is Lal Bahadur Shastri was becoming very strong in the region."

He also raised the sudden death of Dr RN Chugh, the personal physician accompanying the Prime Minister. Chugh died in an accident with his family.

Anil Shastri also added that his father's personal assistant too met with an accident, was crippled and lost his memory.

He also expressed concern over his father's missing red personal diary.

"He made daily notings in it and may have even written about the Tashkent agreement and the pressures he was under," he said.

Prime Minister Narendra promised to fast-track the decision-making process

CEOs who urged the Prime Minister to "pick up the pace of change".

They praised the Prime Minister's efforts to improve the climate for business, while highlighting the obstacles. One of them said, "It is not an easy place to do business."

The Prime Minister acknowledged their concerns and pledged to speed up efforts to reduce the role of the government in business.

"The world is not going to wait for us. I know that," Modi said, according to a newsletter issued by Murray.

"The high turnout of the CEOs highlights the prime position India holds in today's global economy. With China slowing, India's 7.5 per cent growth rate makes it the fastest growing major economy in the world today and many of the CEOs cited plans to expand there," Murray added.

External affairs ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup told reporters after the meeting, "By and large the mood was very upbeat. There is general consensus that the Prime Minister is effecting change in India. The only thing all the CEOs said is that please make that change faster."

The CEOs present at the meeting included Lockheed Martin Chairman and CEO Marillyn Hewson, Ford president and CEO Mark Fields, IBM chairman Ginni Rometty, Pepsi Co chief Indra Nooyi and Dow Chemical Chairman Andrew Liveris.

During the 'Roundtable with American Inc', the Prime Minister listened to each one of the CEOs present in the room about their concerns and plans for India and how these issues can be resolved, he said.
Inviting the US companies to set up manufacturing units in India, Modi told them, "Reform in governance is my No. 1 priority. We are for simplified procedures, speedy decision making, transparency and accountability."

He also listed the sectors that have been opened up in India for investment and said that "FDI all over the world has fallen but in India it has increased by 40 per cent."

"This reflects confidence in the Indian economy," Modi said while interacting with the CEOs from the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

Briefing reporters about the day-long interactions that the Prime Minister had with the corporate world, Indian Ambassador to the US Arun K Singh said there were some suggestions made about "additional steps that can be taken in terms of ease of doing business".

"Those are things that the government would assess," he added.

Modi told the CEOs that fundamentally he believes in deregulation, the government should allow the private sector to develop and that he is for predictable, transparent and accountable governance.

Singh said that it came through clearly that most people felt that this was a very good moment for India in the global context.

During the meeting, Modi circulated a one-page fact sheet summarising the steps taken for deregulation, reforms and bringing consistency in the tax administration.

"That note is based on hard facts, on what the government has actually done, what it has done for ease of doing business, where we all expect that when the next report comes, India should have jumped several places up," Swarup said.

The factsheet also listed efforts made by the government in increasing FDI, efforts towards making a bankruptcy code, he said.

The CEOs were appreciative of the Prime Minister's development vision of economic development, and the progress made over the last 15 months, an official statement said.

"The Prime Minister highlighted his commitment for predictable, transparent and accountable governance. The CEOs expressed support for the Make in India, Skill India and Smart Cities initiatives," it added.

Singh said some of the CEOs felt a lot of progress has been made in the last one year, but it has been inaccurately assessed and reported.

"If you look at the global trends, this was the unique opportunity to move ahead, attract capital and finds moments in terms of market access and ability to produce both for domestic and for exports," he said.

"There was support and appreciation expressed for the Make in India program, the Skill India program and the work related to smart cities, the focus on renewable energy. Some emphasis on the needs in the infrastructure sector and appreciation for the way in which the concept of smart cities has been approached," Singh added.

The Power of Positivity

There was a gardener who was running his family business, that had been passed down from his grandfather to his father and now to him. The staff were happy, and they had more than enough customers, and the team and business were both very successful. For as long as anyone could even remember, the current owner and his ancestors before him were always happy, positive and optimistic. Generally, people assumed that was because they were all running a very successful business.

Testament to this, there was a tradition of all the owners to wear a big lapel badge saying “Business is Great!” Generally, it was great, but there were tough times just like all businesses. The key was that no matter the success of the gardening business, the owners attitude was always the same. The first time anyone saw the owner and the badge, they would invariably ask “What’s so great about your business?”, or make their own comments that their own companies were suffering, and they were miserable in their personal lives because of how stressed they were. What the badge was great for was starting a conversation, where the owner could then talk about all of the positive parts of the business.· how much he loved meeting and talking with new people each day · how rewarding it was as he helps staff rise to meet new challenges and experiences · being able to laugh and relax in a work environment where all the team get along · how much he loves helping people with the actual gardening · the feeling of satisfaction from finishing a job to the best of his ability · the new challenges that force you to learn something new everyday · the thought that everyone doing business is blessed, because of the opportunity that comes with being in a civilized country, where there are no real worries. The list goes on and on. No matter how bad a mood the customer was in before walking in the store, they would leave feeling an awful lot happier just from a couple of minutes talking to the owner and being a part of the infectious positivity and enthusiasm. Asked about the key to his businesses success, and whether the badge or the attitude came first in a quiet moment the owner confides “The badge was first. The great business came after.”The goal of this story is to encourage a positive attitude and behaviour, no matter what is happening with the business or personally. Being part of a successful team is the end result, your attitude is what comes first. 65-year-old Krishna Kumar Old Man’s Only Source Of Income

65-year-old Krishna Kumar started collecting his dream wrapped in pieces of that typewriter.

But every part of it cried like him, not able to get together. When we asked him now what was he going to do,

he turned towards us, eyes filled with water and flowing pieces of dreams in it,

and said that he had been doing that job for the past 35 years.

He has seen the world change before his eyes; maybe it was time to change himself.

Now Hindi was no more needed for the country like his old typewriter.

He kept looking at the pieces of the typewriter with the shattered dreams in his eyes.

Kishan Kumar. He has been doing Hindi typing for 35-yrs outside General Post Office(GPO), Lucknow.

Working 10 hours a day on his old typewriter, which cost him Rs 5000, he used to get 50Rs per day.

But he could never imagine that the typewriter which earned him his bread and butter could not

take a kick from a sick policeman.

After the first blow he collected the parts and put it back together, and begged for mercy as he was cursed with the sin called ‘Poverty’.

But police snatched the typewriter from the poor man with his powerful arms and threw it smashing it into pieces. It shattered with the dreams of poor man.
